An university education in Germany, Canada, Mexico and Switzerland, followed by extensive international experience across Germany, the Czech Republic, Canada and Latin America have always required me to be cognizant of the way people from different cultures interact and the particular idiosyncrasies of doing business in different parts of the world.
Since joining IBM in 2007, I assisted clients and partners through technology adoption and strategic sourcing initiatives, developing channels and strengthening their technical and business capabilities supported by competitive consultant teams world-wide. At SOTI since 2011, my initial mission was to develop sales channels and kick-start its operations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia; most recently, I´ve focus on world-wide marketing and strategic approach to strengthen our product brands and expand our market share globally.
